Tourcoing Jazz Festival by Ferry

The Tourcoing Jazz Festival runs from 15th to 29th October and Jazz fans can take advantage of a convenient ferry crossing to visit the festival in this, its 25th year. Trumpet legend Ibrahim Maalouf had the honour of opening the event and two weeks involving more than 30 bands will follow. Sonny Rollins brings the festival to a close.

The performances are spread across a variety of venues of all sizes and admission can be from a couple of Euros, or even free of charge for some events.

Tourcoing is just a 90 minute drive from Calais so travellers can take either P&O Ferries or SeaFrance from Dover to Calais. P&O have return fares from £39 for a car and passengers, as well as regular sailings throughout the day.
